Turkey hunts are as good as it gets for wild Rio Grande turkeys. We have exceptional numbers of mature gobblers and you may hear more gobbling on a 3 day hunt with Quack and Strut than you hear all season in most places. Three very good hatches in a row in our area of Oklahoma have provided the best turkey hunting in years. Peanut fields provide some excellent hunting and we hunt two major river drainage's also. Many of our hunters want to hunt on their own and that is perfectly acceptable with us. In a guided situation we typically can take two hunters at a time as we rarely call up just one gobbler. Decoys are used on our hunts and most birds decoy readily. This is an exceptional turkey hunt and I don’t believe that we have ever had a hunter that didn’t get and opportunity to take a bird over the course of the 3 day hunt. We can’t guarantee a bird as this is fair chase hunting but we will put a bird in front of you. All turkey hunts are 3 day hunts. Turkey hunting is an all day affair is we choose to do so. We do not hunt the roost but will hunt all day if necessary. The 3rd day is morning only.
